MEDimaging Case app for iPhone and iPad

**Since june 2012, more than 20.000 radiologists worldwide, have downloaded Medimaging Case.
**One new case each day. Presented at 25th European Congress of Radiology in Vienna (03.2013), in Quotidien des JFR 10.21.2012 Paris, at the JFR Congress in Paris (10.2013) and a new HD iPad specific version will be presented at the RSNA in Chicago (12.2013).

The Medimaging Case Application (MCA) is strictly educational, not for diagnosis

Sort of « Radiology Tweeter » with share of knowledge through the community of 20.000 radiologists who downloaded the first version 1.0 of the application since Juin 2012.

The MCA is for radiologists, physicians, educators and students.

1/Atlas
The first purpose of this app is to share your knowledge and experience with physicians and students worlwide by submitting an illustrative and pedagogic medical imaging case, to build a Pocket Atlas of the most frequent disease states and how they look like on radiographics, ultrasound, CT or MRI.

Be part of it, submit your didactic case. The one you present today from Boston or Rio de Janeiro may help tomorow a colleague in Paris or Singapor, and vice versa.
It wont take more than 30 sec to share it. All you need is your iPhones photo function and an internet connection ( Wifi or 3G).
Warning: sometimes, in CT or MRI environment, you dont have an internet connection, you can save your Case in the usual Album photo of your mobile device and send it later when you are connected again ( clic again on "Submit your Case" and select the 3rd choice)

There is only ONE restriction. For the copyright reasons, dont take any picture from a book, magazine, poster, conference presentation or any kind of medium which doesnt belong to you.
By submitting your contribution to Medimaging Case you warrant that no copyright existes on the contribution or that you own copyright on the material being submitted. Only YOUR own case can be sent to us, the case you are studing in your office, on your screen wright now.
All pictures and commentary you send to Medimaging Case become copyright free.

2/ Private area:

In this area, you can save and store your personal cases: professional or private.
Your files are sorted by date, name and Medimaging modality (radiography, ultrasound, CT scan, MRI and Bone density).
Allows to get everytime, an easy access to personnal storage, (pocket format) with your Apple smartphone or tablet.
Your data are secured by the password of your own smartphone or tablet.


3/ Waiting for diagnosis:

Tweet and share your medical imaging case and get instantly some diagnostic suggestions from radiologists worldwide with your mobile device.

Everyday, we see new cases in our medical imaging activity.

Some are easy to diagnose, others are difficult and we hesitate in getting diagnosis.
In that situation, you can shoot the images on your computer’s screen and send it with MCA.
Instantly thousands of radiologists connected on the web receive notification on their mobile devices with your
medical imaging case.
They can quickly reply by a suggestion of diagnosis in reply to your tweet.


MCA allows this interactive exchange between radiologists worldwide.
